Day 1 - Fly to London
Tuesday - October 1
Depart the United States for an overnight flight to London, England. A light dinner & drinks are served on the plane. You can choose from our airfare included package or find your own airfare (group flights are on Delta Airlines & Icelandair).
Day 2 - Arrive in London!
Wednesday - October 2
Welcome to London! Upon arrival in London we are joined by a local expert Blue Badge Guide as we discover the highlights of London during a private sightseeing tour. We see Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, Buckingham Palace, famous film locations and St. Paul’s Cathedral (entrances are not included). Later, we experience the Tower of London which has been a riverside fortress for nearly 900 years. Today, the Tower is home to the priceless Crown Jewels. Local wardens help us discover some of the Tower’s darker stories and turbulent medieval past. Later, foodies will enjoy some free time for lunch at the famous 13th century Borough Market. Afternoon finds us checking in for a comfortable five-night stay at the conveniently located and iconic location - Park Plaza Westminster! (check in is at 4PM).
Day 3 - Explore London
Thursday - October 3
Enjoy a full day to explore London as you see fit. Dive into the rich history and culture of this vibrant city by visiting world-renowned museums such as the British Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Natural History Museum. Wander through the bustling streets of Covent Garden, shop along Oxford Street, or relax in the serene surroundings of Hyde Park. As the sun sets, the excitement continues with a chance to take in a famous show in the West End, where you can experience the magic of London’s premier theater district. Whether you're a history buff, a shopaholic, or a theater enthusiast, London offers something for everyone.

Day 4 - Beyond London
Friday - October 4
Today, your London adventure continues with even more possibilities. Take a scenic boat ride along the Thames, explore the quaint streets or enjoy panoramic views from the London Eye. For those looking to venture beyond the city, consider a day trip to the picturesque Cotswolds, known for its charming villages and rolling countryside. Alternatively, visit the vibrant university town of Oxford, with its stunning architecture and rich academic heritage, or head to the seaside town of Brighton to experience its lively pier and beautiful beach. Whether staying within London or exploring its surroundings, your time here will be filled with unforgettable experiences.

Day 5 - London Pub Crawl
Saturday - October 5
Today, discover London as you see fit! Join us on one of our optional trips to see Windsor Castle and Stonehenge or continue to explore London on your own. There are several attractions worth visiting including the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, a ride on the London Eye or shopping in Notting Hill. Military enthusiasts may want to explore wartime London with a visit to the Imperial War Museum or the Churchill War Rooms, where Churchill’s cabinet met during wartime. Later, join us on a walking Pub crawl in one of London’s historic districts. We will stop at several pubs along the way!

Day 6 - Minnesota Football
Sunday - October 6
Enjoy a leisurely morning in London. Late afternoon finds us making our way to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with included transfers to/from the game to see our favorite football team play - Minnesota vs. New York (game tickets are not included). Following the game, the evening is yours to explore London. You may choose to take in a show or explore the stylish Mayfair, Knightsbridge or Kensington neighborhoods.

Day 7 - Depart London
Monday - October 7
Depart the hotel for the airport or extend your stay in London or in continental Europe! For guests that purchased the airfare package, the airport transfers are included in the price.
